Opportunity:
As the Senior Accountant, you will provide financial leadership with responsibility for operations support, reporting & analysis, planning & forecasting, cost & decision support, and other key financial information & insights. This is an important financial role within the Integrated Components Division that will work closely both with facility and finance leadership

What You Will Do:

  • Support OIA and 2030 Operational targets, Value creation analysis and Global Operations insights
  • Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
  • Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results
  • Support Actuals and Budgeting process for Wear and Maintenance Operational facilities including reviews through VP of W&M Operations
  • Support Advanced Manufacturing and Operational Execution support teams through OEE and Capital deployment strategies

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
  • Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes
  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
  • Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports

What Will Set You Apart:

  • 4-year degree, preferably in accounting
  • 6+ years of varied accounting and/or finance experience
  • Strong cost accounting analytical skills
  • Manufacturing and component experience
  • Knowledge of accounting systems
  • PowerBI / Power query experience

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
