Senior AEM/DAM Production Specialist

As a Web Production Specialist – AEM/DAM you will make an impact as a primary point of contact. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Location: New York, NY or Cupertino, CA

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing, localization and IT and implement requested updates to web content
• Authoring, validating, submitting content for localization uploading
• Organize assets and perform QA across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent high quality user experience
• Troubleshoot issues within the CMS including component behavior layout problem
• Publish errors applying your attention to detail and platform expertise to ensure content is accurate consistent and delivered on schedule

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript

• Proven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEM

• Strong attention to detail with experience performing QA across multiple browsers and devices

• Experience managing updates for multilingual websites and supporting localized content workflows

• Familiarity with DAMs for asset publishing and validation

• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, localization, and IT teams

• Experience supporting web releases or sprint-based publishing schedules

• Familiarity with issue tracking or project management tools
