Costello Medical are growing quickly through demand from both new and existing clients and are therefore looking for candidates with prior experience in healthcare consulting who enjoy content delivery, as well as project and client management, to join us as Senior Analysts in our Value and Access and Rare Diseases teams.
Senior Analysts take a leading role across projects and work alongside Team Leads, Consultants, Analysts and Project Coordinators to ensure that they are delivered to an exceptionally high standard in line with agreed timelines. This involves regular interaction with clients over email and in meetings, including providing strategic advice, as well as internally, training and supervising the Costello Medical project team. Senior Analysts are central to the quality of project deliverables and so their role involves the review of work from more junior colleagues, and the provision of constructive feedback.
You will also play a key role in contributing to business development by identifying new clients, writing proposals for projects with new and existing clients, building and maintaining excellent client relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide additional services within existing projects.
You will be based in our Boston office, established in 2020, offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of our US operations. Backed by the proven success of our teams in the UK and Asia, this role places you at the heart of our strategic growth in the US market.
You’ll collaborate closely with our experienced Boston-based Team Leads—each with 7–10+ years in the industry—and senior colleagues across the US and globally. This is more than just a role; it’s a launchpad. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, drive meaningful change, and carve out a career path tailored to your strengths and ambitions.
We are deeply committed to nurturing talent and supporting professional growth. High-performing Senior Analysts are encouraged to progress to the Consultant role as they demonstrate readiness, with clear development pathways and ongoing support in place. In recognition of the expertise Consultants bring to their role, the starting salary for the position is $110,000.
Our standard working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, however we can also consider applicants looking for part-time hours of 30 hours per week.
Hybrid Working Policy: We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. At the same time, we recognise that homeworking can improve work life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments.
Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a 2-week rolling period.
