Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior AVC Technician to support the Audio-Visual Communications infrastructure during Conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a presence at 100% of on premises conferences in the organization's Bratislava office;
  • Up to date documentation organization Headquarters AVC equipment and related operating manuals;
  • Log of systems failures and maintenance activities;
  • Up to date inventory of mobile AVC equipment with detailed location, or name of person in charge of it;
  • Preparation of the design to enable hybrid interpretation in the management board;
  • Agreed SLA and related monitoring
  • Provide support prior to conferences to pre-configure the rooms according to the requirements of the meeting organizers;
  • Provide instantaneous support for issues that appear and re-configure infrastructure during live meetings, as required by meeting organizers;
  • During times when there are no meetings scheduled, the time will be spent documenting the configuration parameters for the various use cases and preparing training material on the configuration of the conference rooms and presenting such training course to appropriate staff;
  • Install, operate, maintenance, troubleshoot and support audio-visual communication systems such as video conferencing, webinars and digital signage;
  • Ensure the AVC systems are functioning properly, provide technical support and training to users, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, or related field;
  • Excellent knowledge and practical skills in AVC hardware, software, and network connectivity;
  • Knowledge of audio‐visual and IT material, and of multimedia technologies;
  • Experience with microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, recording equipment, sound and mixing boards;
  • Experience in end user assistance or support of information systems;
  • Ability to apply high quality standards;
  • Customer oriented service and good team spirit;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
