Senior Business Analyst HCM

Senior Business Analyst is currently required for a 2 year fixed term assignment with a strong focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) to join a significant IT transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring HCM systems compliance and supporting HCM projects within the IT transformation program. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective system configurations, driving enhancements across HCM systems and business processes, and ensuring strict adherence to HCM regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing HCM processes, systems, and data flows.
• Assist with the planning and strategic direction of HCM-related projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within HCM operations.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders across various departments.
• Ensure all HCM systems align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Effectively translate business requirements into technical requirements, including functional and non-functional user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct one-on-one interviews, perform process mapping, and utilize other methods, including developing user stories, with a likely focus on Agile sprint cycles.
• Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
• Work closely with the HCM Delivery Lead to ensure system configuration meets business-as-usual (BAU) requirements.
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and issues, and collaborate to develop and execute mitigation plans.
• Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that implemented solutions effectively address business needs.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in working on HCM projects.
