Are you an experienced Workers Compensation professional ready to step into a supportive, dynamic team within one of the world’s most respected insurers?

We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims with empathy, professionalism, and strategic thinking.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims end-to-end

• Provide quality claims management to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders

• Apply best practice in compliance with regulatory frameworks and company guidelines

• Collaborate with allied health providers and legal representatives to achieve optimal outcomes

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 18 months of workers compensation claims management experience

• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A team player with resilience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
