Requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert in your specialism, contributing to client delivery and internal capability development.
- Lead or support end-to-end project delivery, including workstream leadership.
- Provide expert advice and interventions that drive successful change adoption.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to programme governance.
- Mentor junior team members and identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into effective, client-aligned solutions.
- Manage workstreams using agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience as a change manager in ERP programmes, particularly finance and procurement.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercial awareness and a track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Deep expertise in strategic change management is essential.
- Experience in at least one of the following: organisation design, benefits management, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, or learning and development.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in change management methodologies and tools.
