We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll lead or support delivery across a range of client engagements, bringing your specialist knowledge to the forefront of complex programmes.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our delivery methodologies and toolkits, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and client-focused. Requirements

  • Act as a subject matter expert in your specialism, contributing to client delivery and internal capability development.
  • Lead or support end-to-end project delivery, including workstream leadership.
  • Provide expert advice and interventions that drive successful change adoption.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to programme governance.
  • Mentor junior team members and identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Translate business needs into effective, client-aligned solutions.
  • Manage workstreams using agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a change manager in ERP programmes, particularly finance and procurement.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Deep expertise in strategic change management is essential.
  • Experience in at least one of the following: organisation design, benefits management, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, or learning and development.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in change management methodologies and tools.
