Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Workers' Compensation (WC) Claims Specialist to join one of Australia's top four banks in Brisbane.

This is a part-time (4-day-a-week), 12-month contract with the option to transition to a permanent role.

As a key member of our team, you'll be managing your own portfolio of workers' compensation claims from start to finish, including both physical and mental health claims. Beyond technical expertise, the ideal candidate must be a compassionate problem-solver with exceptional listening and communication skills to support people during challenging times.

You must be an expert in Queensland workers' compensation regulations and have proven experience in end-to-end claims management.

Key Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of QLD Workers' Compensation legislation.

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end WC claims management.

• Exceptional empathy, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of both physical and psychological claims.
