About the role

As a Senior Developer, you will make an impact by developing innovative solutions that align with our company's goals and contribute to societal impact. You will be a valued member of the development team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using AWS, .Net, and Workday to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems.

• Conduct thorough testing using Appway Testing to ensure software reliability and performance.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to provide effective solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.

Work model: Remote with travel – from the United States only

• Strong technical skills in AWS, .Net, Workday, Appway Testing, and Appway.

• Experience in developing and implementing software solutions.

• Problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
