Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to assess, analyze, and define Finance-based business requirements, translating them into IFS ERP solutions.
- Configure and deploy IFS ERP software to align with client-specific needs, ensuring optimal system functionality and business process efficiency.
- Guide clients in streamlining and improving their financial operations using IFS ERP, leveraging industry best practices and system capabilities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and efficient utilization of the ERP system.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project managers, to drive successful ERP implementation within defined project timelines and budgets.
- Provide early post-go-live support and assist in further system enhancements based on business needs.
Requirements
- An academic background with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any other relevant discipline.
- 5 Years of experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing multiple ERP systems within the IFS Finance domain.
- Experience with other ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team of business stakeholders, technical implementation consultants and finance leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and Commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service and support.
