シニアコンサルタント（保険）/ Senior Consultant - PM (Japanese and English)

勤務形態：ハイブリッド（お客様先にて週4日勤務）

職務内容

• プロジェクトを円滑に遂行するべく、社内リソースや外部パートナー/ベンダーと連携・調整
• スコープ/予算の範囲内で、すべてのプロジェクトを予定通りに確実に完了
• プロジェクトスコープや目標を設定し、関連するすべてのステークホルダーと連携して、技術的な実現可能性を確認
• 人員の可用性や割り当てを確保
• 詳細なプロジェクト計画を策定し、進捗状況を管理
• 適切な検証手法を用いて、プロジェクトスコープ、スケジュール、コスト等の変更に対応
• 適切なシステム、ツール、手法を活用して、プロジェクトのパフォーマンスを測定
• 必要に応じて、管理部門への報告/エスカレーションに対応
• クライアントならびにすべてのステークホルダーとの関係を管理
• プロジェクトにおけるリスクを最小化するためのリスク管理を実施
• サードパーティ/ベンダーとの関係を確立・維持
• 各種のプロジェクト関連文書を作成・管理
• マルチベンダープロジェクトを管理

必須スキル/要件

• バイリンガル（日本語/英語）
• プロジェクト管理 - お客様側におけるプロジェクトのプランニング/トラッキング
• 関連業務分野で7年以上の経験
• 必須言語：日本語 - ビジネスレベル/読み書き（日本語能力試験N2以上）、英語 - ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750以上）

望ましいスキル

• PMP/ 認定スクラムマスター（CSM）資格があれば尚可

Work style: Hybrid (4 days at client office)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Managed Multivendor projects

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Bilingual (Japanese and English)
• Project Management - Planning and Tracking the projects from customer side
• 7+Years of relevant experience
• Required Languages: Business of Japanese speaking and writing (JLPT N2 or above), Business level of English (TOEIC 750+)

Qualifications (Preferred)

• PMP, CSM preferred
