As a Content Developer you will play a pivotal role in supporting developer experience (DevXP) training initiatives and managing end-to-end logistics for multiple learning initiatives and contributing to the development and maintenance of self-guided learning content in Workday Learning. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with DevXP stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver impactful and engaging training experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate various DevXP-led training programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, publish, and maintain self-paced courses in Workday Learning
Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with instructional design best practices
Use tools like Articulate 360 and Rise to create interactive learning modules
Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric experiences
Optimize course layouts and navigation for intuitive user experience
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into course improvements
Draft clear, concise, and technically accurate learning materials
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, engineering, and HR
Maintain documentation and version control for all training assets
Required Skills:
8+ years of relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in technical writing, instructional design, and UX
Proficiency in Workday Learning (required)
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Background in software engineering or development and a passion for Cybersecurity preferred
