Senior Credit Advisor

We're looking for an experienced Senior Credit Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a hands on position perfect for someone with a background in credit management, who is comfortable with a mix of administrative tasks and direct client communication.

Based in the Eastwood Greenhill office, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This is a functional position that blends credit control with customer service.

Key duties include:

• Proactive communication: Making gentle, non-demanding calls to overdue clients. This is not cold calling or debt collection; it's about building relationships and ensuring accounts are current.

• Account management: Using our automated systems, particularly Onguard (our primary credit management software) and SAP ERP, to monitor account statuses, set reminders, and manage daily tasks.

• Reconciliation: Performing some account reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

• Customer service: Assisting with general inquiries and opening new client accounts.

• Team collaboration: Working closely with a talkative and supportive team, always ready to lend a hand.
