As a Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI & ML Ops, you will make an impact by leading the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that transform business processes and outcomes. You will be a valued member of the Property & Casualty Insurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency through advanced AI technologies.
· Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and ML Ops.
· Integrate AI models into existing systems to enhance operational performance.
· Provide technical guidance on AI & ML concepts to support solution development.
· Collaborate with teams to deploy scalable Machine Learning models using Azure Machine Learning.
· Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI and ML.

· 11–15 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
· Proven expertise in Generative AI, ML Ops, and AI & ML concepts.
· Strong proficiency in Azure Machine Learning for scalable AI development.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
· Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
· Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified Machine Learning Professional.
· Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
· Proactive approach to learning and adopting emerging AI technologies.
· Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions in AI and ML.

The annual salary for this position between is $100,000 to $117,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
