Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI & ML Ops

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Generative AI ML Ops AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Azure Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on innovative solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our AI initiatives driving efficiency and enhancing our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of Generative AI and ML Ops into existing systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in AI & ML Concepts to guide project teams in developing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Machine Learning models.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI architectures using Azure Machine Learning to support business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to design effective AI strategies.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and Machine Learning best practices.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for leveraging new AI technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge in AI and ML.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Document and communicate AI project progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Generative AI ML Ops and AI & ML Concepts.
• Possess extensive experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Exhibit proficiency in Azure Machine Learning for developing scalable AI solutions.
• Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have domain skill.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adopting new AI technologies.
