Senior Developer

About the role

The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing data solutions using Snowflake Teradata and Informatica Cloud. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and management. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience focusing on delivering high-quality data solutions that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop scalable data solutions using Snowflake Teradata and Informatica Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across various platforms and systems.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data solutions and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys data solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Contribute to the companys overall data strategy ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until September 19, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000- $123,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
