ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and transformational Senior Director of Manager & Leader Development to boldly reimagine and scale our global leadership learning strategy across all functions, including Sales leadership.
This is a high-impact role for a forward-thinking leader with the depth of experience to drive transformative change. We’re seeking a game-changer who thrives on reimagining how things are done and is ready to design a bold new blueprint for success to shape the future of leadership development and equip managers and leaders to excel in an AI-native, rapidly evolving business landscape.
You will own the enterprise-wide manager and leader development program, including sales leadership, anchored in an innovative and unified leadership model. You will lead programs that are AI-native, innovative, and personalized, delivering measurable impact while reinforcing ServiceNow’s values and leadership principles. This is a role for a leader who leads with urgency, empathy, and practical experience, inspiring teams and stakeholders to adopt bold approaches to leadership development.
