Job Description 

  • Own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand, covering both marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Drive commercial performance across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora – including campaign execution, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
  • Manage the brand’s P&L, budget, and demand planning to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, warehouse, data, platform representatives) to ensure operational excellence
  • Strategize and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s positioning while maximizing ROI
  • Analyze data, consumer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews and reporting to internal and brand stakeholders
  • Ensure optimal assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics are in place for high campaign impact
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience managing e-commerce for beauty, personal care, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of platform operations, campaign management, and performance optimization across e-commerce marketplaces
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics or BI tools is a plus
