Job Description

Intuitive’s Corporate Communication team is passionate about creating a workplace where employees are informed, engaged, and inspired to have a positive impact on each other, our company, and the world.

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative employee communications expert to serve as a trusted advisor to our Human Resource team. In this role, you will support many of our most important employee-facing corporate initiatives, serving as a strategist, planner, content creator, and project executor as you design, plan, and deliver strategic HR communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy functional communications strategies for key Human Resources (HR) senior leaders and centers of excellence, which includes developing communications strategies and messaging for our talent development and practices, hiring, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and HR systems teams.
  • Develop messaging, communications, channels, and project plans to ensure effective understanding and adoption of key HR initiatives, projects, and activities among employees of all levels, including senior leaders. Own all stages of communications development, from conception through rigorous execution.
  • Partner closely with regional communications and HR partners to ensure localization of messaging and execution.
  • Author, proofread, and edit a variety of written, visual, and multimedia communications tailored for a wide range of digital and in-person channels, including presentations, videos, email newsletters, digital signage, intranet sites and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client partners across the company, within and outside of HR.
  • Measure success and evolve strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AP style.
  • An aptitude for working with and influencing a variety of internal stakeholders, leaders, and audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts quickly, navigate ambiguity, and creatively solve tough problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (graphic design and video editing skills a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of employee communications work experience.
  • Experience leading employee communications for an HR organization preferred.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$174,400 - $261,600
Base Salary Range Region 2: $148,200 - $222,400

Workplace Type: Purposeful Onsite - This job requires being onsite for leader-defined events and activities which could be monthly/annually. Onsite frequency may increase based on business need.
