We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Bengaluru office, which specializes in ERP recruitment for US clients. This position requires exceptional communication skills and extensive hands-on knowledge with full-cycle US staffing processes. The ideal applicant will also be familiar with ATS systems, ERP technologies (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com) , and sourcing techniques specific to US time zones and employment needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on hiring talent within the ERP realm
- Identify and leverage the most effective recruitment channels, encompassing job boards, sourcing platforms, and referral programs.
- Utilize advanced search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Clockwork and Job Diva to source and engage high-calibre candidates.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, ensuring to excel in recruiting for all open positions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into their staffing requirements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for talent, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong LinkedIn Profile and ERP Talent Network
- 1-2 years of experience with a KAPITAL competitor in the ERP staffing landscape will be given high priority
- A Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3~10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on US ERP Contract and/or Full-time hiring.
- Must have a strong understanding of US Tax Terms - C2C, 1099, W2.
- Must have a strong understanding of US Visa statuses, like H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, TN Visa.
- Proficiency in search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Clockwork.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and objectives.
