Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Senior Account Executive to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients’ needs, to enhance a brand’s online presence and engagement.
As Sr. Account Executive, you are responsible for developing content ideas and campaigns and analyze the performance to ensure that they are aligned with marketing goals. You will also serve as a liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strengthening client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are communicated effectively within the organization
- Responsible for implementing a social media strategy for always-on brand communication in line with marketing goals
- Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate content and campaign success and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks
- Manage and maintaining the brands social media presence on various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Video Production and Content creators, to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands on experience within the automotive industry
- Be passionate about cars
- Have a strong understanding of the luxury automotive market
- Have at least 2 years agency experience
- Be highly organized and able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a proactive attitude with the ability to be initiative and be flexible
- Have strong team work skills
- Have a deep understanding of all social media platforms
- Have a strong sense of creativity - ie the ability to come up with ideas for campaigns and write creative captions
- Be able to compile key information for reporting purposes - showcasing the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on data and results and identify learnings
- Be able to work on microsoft office tools: Powerpoint, excel, word etc.
