Senior/Expert Full Stack Developer - Python

About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will build AI flows/agents with Langflow (Python) to support innovative projects at the Customer

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client (São José dos Campos) or Cognizant office (São Paulo). What you need to have to be considered

• Solid Python engineering and backend API development
• LLM workflow/agent orchestration using frameworks or orchestration tools
• Work with LLM providers (prompts, structured outputs, tool/function calling)
• Design and implementation of retrieval/search pipelines (loaders, embeddings, vector search)
• Enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, internal systems)
• Proficiency with Git in collaborative workflows (branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, conflict resolution)
• Experience with Jira issue types and Scrum/Kanban boards
• Advanced English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong collaboration and team mindset; clear documentation and ownership

These will help you stand out:

• Frontend experience (React/Next.js) to connect UIs to flows

• Basic DevOps/cloud exposure (containers, CI/CD, deployments)

• Ecosystem familiarity (LangChain/LlamaIndex, multi-agent patterns)
• Document processing/search and multilingual use cases
