Senior Full Stack Developer – Medical Systems (Vue/.NET)

About the role

As a Senior FSD, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. With a focus on Vue.js, JavaScript, SQL, and .Net, you will contribute to innovative solutions that drive business success. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with other stakeholders and teams.

In this role, you will:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

2. Design and document scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures.

3. Set, enforce, and update technical standards, architecture patterns, and coding guidelines across projects.

4. Ensure that all systems meet security, compliance, and quality standards required by the organization.

5. Communicate with end-users (clients) and interact with technical teams.

6. Troubleshoot end-user’s issues and determine the root cause of the issue.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to the end-users.

8. Learn end-to-end flow for new applications.

9. Monitor applications, handle outages/maintenance/upgrade activities.

What you need to have to be considered:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

2. We are looking for a Full stack developer having skills in Vue.js, JavaScript, Typescript, SQL, HTML, CSS, .Net.

3. Proficient in frontend technology Vue.js.

4. Hands on experience in SQL Server, MongoDB.

5. Must have experience working in medical domain mainly in radiation therapy.

These will help you stand out:

1. Nice to have Certificate in Microsoft .Net.

2. Nice to have Certificate in Frontend development.

Salary and compensation:

The annual salary for this position will depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
