Key Responsibilities
- Build & Design: Implement comprehensive features utilizing Node.js (Typescript), Angular, Python, Postgres, and AWS CDK.
- Architect Solutions: Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software.
- Collaborate: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and mentor the engineering team, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards.
- Optimize: Continuously improve the platform’s efficiency scalability, and maintainability, while staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong proficiency in our technology stack.
- Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and services including expertise in services such as SQS, Lambda, and others.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug, optimize, and scale complex systems.
- Self-directed learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- NestJS – Experience with NestJS for building scalable backend applications.
- Prisma – Proficiency in Prisma ORM for database management and efficient queries.
- AWS CDK – Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit for infrastructure as code.
