Senior GRC Consultant – Retail Banking

About the role

As a GRC Architect – Vulnerability Management you will make an impact by developing and implementing comprehensive GRC strategies. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive GRC strategies to enhance the organizations risk management framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions to streamline governance processes.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance management to maintain regulatory alignment.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of GRC practices among staff.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC initiatives to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes to safeguard organizational assets.
• Support the integration of GRC solutions within the Retail Banking domain to enhance operational efficiency.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Phoenix - AZ. What you need to have to be considered:

· Possess extensive experience in Vulnerability Management Compliance Management and Audit Management.

· Demonstrate strong expertise in Risk Management and Vendor Risk Management.

· Have a proven track record in Policy Management and Incident Management.

· Exhibit proficiency in ServiceNow GRC implementation and management.

· Bring domain-specific knowledge in Retail Banking to address industry-specific challenges.

· Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.

· Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until October 3, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $84,000 - $134,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
