As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, operating at the intersection of people and business. You’ll bring resilience, confidence, and pragmatism to guide leaders through complexity, high volume, and constant change. This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution.
Partner directly with executives and senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Lead and influence org design initiatives across distributed teams, ensuring structures support scale, clarity, and performance.
Handle sensitive HR matters including terminations, performance challenges, and reorganizations with discretion, speed, and judgment.
Use data and insights to identify talent trends, risks, and opportunities, influencing decision-making at the executive level.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development to ensure alignment on hiring, compensation, and leadership growth.
Act as a coach and challenger to executives, fostering strong leadership capabilities and high-performing teams.
Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, calibrations, performance management, and leadership development.
Serve as a culture carrier across geographies, ensuring consistency while respecting local practices.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years as an HRBP in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to operate in high volume/fast-changing HR settings, where speed and judgment are equally critical.
Comfortable working in tech or software-driven companies, ideally with exposure to scaling organizations and evolving team structures.
Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills: you influence outcomes at the highest levels.
Resilient under pressure and steady in the face of conflict; you're able to push back diplomatically and stand firm when needed.
Comfortable navigating sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, fairness, and pragmatism.
Adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution; you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves.
Confident in HR fundamentals: performance management cycles, terminations, compensation calibrations, and compliance.
Experienced working with distributed teams and comfortable balancing local nuances with global alignment.
Naturally curious and solutions-oriented; you look for better ways of working and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions
