As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligned to the Go-to-Market/sales organization, you will serve as a strategic advisor to product leaders, partnering closely with them to shape and execute people strategies that enable innovation, agility, and delivery at scale. You’ll act as a trusted thought partner, applying deep understanding of both HR practices and product team dynamics to foster a high-performance culture, support career growth, and scale talent effectively across global product lines.
Strategic Partnership: Partner with sales leadership to align org design, team structure, and talent strategies with roadmaps and delivery goals.
Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure teams have the right skills and capacity to deliver on evolving sales targets and quotas.
Performance Enablement: Guide the execution of performance cycles, OKRs, and career development planning. Coach leaders and PMs on continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance calibration.
Talent Management: Facilitate talent reviews with a focus on sales-critical roles, skill gaps, and succession planning for sales leadership and technical sellers.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that reinforce a high-trust, inclusive culture aligned with the mindset of builders and product thinkers.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee issues with a proactive, fair, and data-informed approach. Ensure consistency and compliance in partnership with Legal and Employee Relations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure exceptional onboarding and transitions for team members, optimizing knowledge continuity and cultural integration.
Change Management: Lead people-focused change initiatives (e.g., reorganizations, product pivots, M&A integration) with empathy and clarity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across HR COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to create scalable, customized solutions for the sales org.
9+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to high-growth tech such as Saas or sales driven organizations.
Experience supporting or working with Sales teams such as direct sellers, sales engineers, customer success, etc.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how sales organizations operate
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior sales leaders and executives.
Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and leadership development in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
Deep knowledge of performance management, org development, and talent planning practices.
Highly analytical and data-savvy; comfortable using insights to drive decision-making and influence outcomes.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
