Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Specialist / Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Your expertise will help ensure that our HR practices are not only compliant with local labor laws but also foster a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate with management to define and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
• Organize and conduct training and development programs for employees.
• Analyze HR metrics and present findings to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR functions with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a dynamic work environment.
