Job Brief:

This role reports to the Regional Head of Operations and focuses on building a strong and engaged driver community in Jordan through various driver-led initiatives. The role involves planning and executing weekly campaigns and competitions, organizing regular driver events, gathering feedback from drivers, and closely coordinating with the local Jordan Operations team to ensure alignment and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study driver behavior in Amman and gain a clear understanding of driver perception toward Jeeny.

• Plan, execute, and analyze weekly campaigns aimed at boosting driver performance as needed.
• Organize regular driver events to foster a strong sense of community among drivers in Jordan.
• Manage budgeting for all activities and calculate ROI after each initiative to assess impact relative to cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of data analysis
• Passionate, proactive, and self-driven
