Role Summary:

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and applying advanced transport modelling techniques to support customer experience improvements and strategic planning. Works closely with internal planning teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and validate multimodal transport models to assess impacts on customer experience.
  • Translate customer behavior and demand data into modelling assumptions.
  • Provide modelling input for CX design pilots, service changes, and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with planning and strategy teams to align model outputs with policy and investment decisions.
  • Evaluate scenarios for accessibility, service reliability, and network performance.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of modelling experience using tools like VISUM, Aimsun, Cube, or MATSim.
  • Familiarity with GCC transport networks and customer demographics is a plus.
