  • Brand & Content Execution:
    • Support the implementation of the brand strategy by creating and localizing content for various marketing channels.
    • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Assist in storytelling initiatives that authentically communicate our mission of accessible mental healthcare.
  • Campaign & Channel Management:
    • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (social media, website, app, LINE CRM, out-of-home, onsite events) based on strategic direction.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, tracking performance and reporting on key metrics.
    • Support SEO efforts, including content optimization and keyword research, to improve organic search visibility.
    • Organize and coordinate onsite and offsite events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) on marketing initiatives and project execution.
    • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., brand health, campaign performance, conversion rates) to assess effectiveness.
    • Assist in researching market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign execution.
    • Manage the production of marketing media (e.g., photos, videos, graphics) to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a hands-on marketing role, preferably with a background in both digital and brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media, paid advertising, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • A "can-do" and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
