Collect and synthesize data from functional teams regarding the performance of the delivery unit by:
- Facilitating the data collection process and updating the database within the project reporting system.
- Aggregating data from various functional teams for the purpose of reporting on unit delivery.
- Assisting in the collection of information necessary for reporting project risks, issues, and progress status.
- Assisting in the monitoring of committed financials against actual costs and invoicing amounts to identify discrepancies.
- Supporting the scrutiny of data updated by the functional teams in the designated project systems to ensure data integrity.
- Ensuring the maintenance of all project reporting documentation and lessons learned in the designated systems in compliance with approved processes.
- Facilitate data management integration and dependencies among functional teams by:
- Assisting in the identification and documentation of dependencies and integration requirements for unit delivery.
- Maintaining detailed logs of dependencies and records of action items within the project reporting system.
- Contributing to the establishment of reporting and information-sharing structures and systems within the project.
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting on the efficacy and alignment of project control mechanisms and processes.
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of scheduled project activities.
- Coordinating audits on scheduled activities of functional teams to verify the accuracy of reported progress.
Compile reports on delivery unit performance, project handover, and close-out by:
- Updating and sustaining reporting data in the designated project reporting system while ensuring compliance with the approved methodologies and tools.
- Generating reports from the project reporting system to aid management decision-making.
- Facilitating the consolidation of project close-out reports from the functional teams.
- Assisting in the documentation of project close-out and post-mortem reviews with contributions from all relevant stakeholders.
- Integrating reports on project deliverables for handover.
- Contributing to the compilation of project satisfaction surveys.
- Assisting in developing a schedule to monitor realized benefits.
