Senior OT Program Manager

About the role

As a Senior OT Program Manager you will make an impact by designing and implementing data solutions using OT programs. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing & Logistics team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.

In this role, you will:

• Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of OT programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary interface for executive stakeholders providing clear concise updates and influencing decisions at the VP/SVP level.
• Team Accountability: Lead cross-functional teams ensuring clarity of roles deliverables and timelines while fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
• Deployment Oversight: Manage the planning and execution of DeltaV and Syncade deployments including integration validation and go-live support.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish governance structures lead steering committee meetings and deliver executive-level reporting and insights.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry regulations such as FDA and GMP along with internal quality and cybersecurity standards.

What you need to have to be considered

· Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in program/project management with a strong focus on OT systems.

· Proven success in managing DeltaV DCS and Syncade MES programs within regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals biotech or manufacturing is essential.

· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills particularly at the executive level are required.

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on accountability and delivery excellence are expected.

· Familiarity with FDA regulations GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 is highly desirable. PMP PgMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
