Senior Producer

HAUS
Full-time
On-site

If you thrive in fast-paced, creatively driven environments and love working on a variety of projects, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a Los Angeles–based Senior Producer with deep experience in design, motion, and digital production to lead end-to-end creative execution for one of our major entertainment clients.

In this role, you’ll manage both conceptual and executional projects, serving as a key link between our internal teams and the client. You bring a unique blend of creative intuition, technical production knowledge, and top-tier client management skills. You’re highly organized, self-directed, and thrive under pressure—capable of keeping multiple projects moving without missing a beat.

You have a sharp creative eye and are always looking for ways to push the work forward. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and know how to step in before you're asked. Just as important, you know how to build strong relationships, foster a positive team culture, and keep momentum high, even when things get challenging.

We're looking for a leader who can not only manage an existing team and workflow but also proactively assess and improve processes to drive performance and support scale. You’re not just keeping the ship afloat, you’re thinking ahead, finding ways to make it run faster and more efficiently. You also know how to navigate client relationships with care—building trust, partnering closely, and delivering results without overstepping.
