Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end behavioral and product analytics, covering everything from requirements gathering to end report.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics.
- Maintain and optimize event-tracking setups.
- Evaluate hypothesis, design, conduct and present the results of a/b tests.
- Investigate anomalies or sudden changes in user behavior or other key indicators.
- Support product and other stakeholders in feature launch, audience selection, and key metric calculations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product analytics, preferably B2C E-com, Ticketing, Travel.
- English and Russian proficiency is a must.
- Proficient with product metrics and stakeholder management. Able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Takes ownership of projects from start to finish, handling uncertainties effectively.
- Proactively identifies new opportunities and impactful tasks, developing them into initiatives.
- Experienced in behavioral and product analytics, detecting patterns and finding opportunities within user behavior and product engagement.
- Confidence in writing complex SQL queries (window functions, query optimization, etc.), experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, basic mathematical analysis. Experienced in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Confident with BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations).
- Uses Python (and relevant libraries) for data exploration and analysis (familiarity with automation tools and llms is a plus)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setups.
