We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with strong experience on CALYPSO to join our team in a hybrid work model. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Role: Senior Product Consultant: Calypso

Experience: 10-15 years of experience

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and execution of projects within Calypso FrontOffice and BackOffice operations ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring adherence to best practices.

· Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project goals.

· Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

· Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

· Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with Calypso systems.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

· Utilize your expertise in ETD Collateral Margin Management and Collateral Regulatory Reporting to optimize project outcomes.

· Support the development of operational risk management strategies within the project framework.

· Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project success.

Qualifications

· Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on Calypso systems.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Calypso FrontOffice and BackOffice operations.

· Exhibit strong domain knowledge in ETD Collateral Margin Management and Collateral Regulatory Reporting.

· Have a good understanding of Collateral Operational Risk Management.

· Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

· Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week at the client’s office.
