Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA, MES systems. This hybrid role involves coordinating projects within the manufacturing and supply chain domains. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Location: The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client’s location in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Utilize Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA and MES systems to implement technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between team members to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project execution.
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for management review.
• Support the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background in Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA and MES systems.
• Demonstrate experience in the manufacturing and supply chain domains is preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
