You’ll be joining a team of seasoned startup operators, data-driven strategists, and creative builders focused on raising the bar in GTM execution.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on RevOps Leader with deep HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable revenue systems. You’ll own the end-to-end RevOps strategy for multiple clients, lead a growing team of specialists, and help define the future of productized RevOps services.
This role blends technical leadership, client strategy, and team development—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to make a real impact on the growth trajectories of SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic RevOps Leadership (60%)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps systems across marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain GTM tech stacks using HubSpot (core), and optionally Salesforce and related tools.
- Create scalable frameworks for lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, forecasting, and data governance.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementation.
Innovation & Productization (20%)
- Develop new RevOps service offerings and internal tools that improve delivery quality and speed.
- Contribute to the roadmap for proprietary RevOps accelerators (dashboards, audit tools, etc.).
- Explore emerging tech (AI, no-code tools, automations) to elevate the agency’s RevOps capabilities.
Team Management & Enablement (20%)
- Lead a team of 3–6 RevOps and HubSpot specialists.
- Mentor junior team members and set clear growth paths and KPIs.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning.
- Ensure delivery consistency through documentation, templates, and internal training.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership (B2B SaaS or agency experience preferred).
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (certifications required).
- Proven track record of designing and scaling RevOps systems across the full funnel.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and forecasting models.
- Experience leading RevOps teams and mentoring junior talent.
- Ability to manage integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); excellent client-facing communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with RevOps strategies for M&A environments or post-acquisition integration.
- Experience productizing services or launching internal toolkits/playbooks.
- Exposure to partner ecosystems or channel operations.
