Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, who can manage high-value accounts, lead by example, and help optimize our sales performance. This role demands a strategic thinker who can support team execution, engage prospects effectively, and contribute to refining our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

* Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

* Conduct client outreach, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.

* Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product Specialists to craft customized solutions for clients.

* Guide junior sales associates through mentoring, coaching, and by sharing best practices.

* Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, scripts, and prospecting strategies.

* Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline health.

* Support team alignment with KPIs such as conversion rates, retention rates, and sales cycle timelines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:**

* 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management abilities.

* Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
