Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data Lightning Integration and Configuration. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
In this role, you will:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
Manage and maintain SFDC data integrity and ensure data quality across all Salesforce platforms.
Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and user experience.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Salesforce-related activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Document technical specifications and project requirements for future reference.
What you need to be considered:
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization including hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps.
Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and SFDC Lightning component development.
Have a solid understanding of SFDC Integration techniques and SFDC Configuration best practices.
Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is highly desirable.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Show a commitment to staying current with Salesforce advancements and industry trends.

Certifications Required
