About the role

As a Senior SAP EDI Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and support of EDI integrations within SAP environments, with a strong focus on OpenText. You will be a valued member of the SAP Integration team and work collaboratively with project managers, functional consultants, and external trading partners.

In this role, you will:

· Lead the design and implementation of EDI solutions using OpenText and SAP technologies.

· Manage trading partner onboarding and ensure secure, reliable data exchange using protocols like AS2, SFTP, and VAN.

· Configure and customize SAP IDocs for key business processes such as Order-to-Cash.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI) to gather requirements and deliver robust EDI solutions.

· Troubleshoot EDI errors, manage queues, and ensure timely resolution of integration issues.

What you need to have to be considered

· 5+ years of experience in SAP EDI integration.

· Hands-on experience with OpenText B2B Managed Services and SAP IDoc processing.

· Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), communication protocols, and partner onboarding.

· Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and optionally Sterling Integrator.

· Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

These will help you stand out

· Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Integration Suite.

· Familiarity with OpenText Active Applications (e.g., Active Orders, Active Invoices).

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.

· Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
