People Experience (PX) is the team at Google that delivers hire-to-retire experiences for Google employees. We deliver end-to-end global Human Resource (HR) processes. PX teams span Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence, and Google employees and Market-level HR support.
In this role, you will be focused on transforming Google's People Operations service delivery. You will drive initiatives like Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered transformations, Service Delivery Transformation through intelligent operations and measurement frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the service model design strategy by data-motivated analysis and problem structuring. Advocate the Google employees and People Operations (POps) teams, build measurement frameworks to uncover unmet needs across the service journey.
- Develop business cases with return on investments, impact assessments, and resource requirements to secure executive buy-in for service projects.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize initiatives on technology roadmaps, ensuring development and implementation of service capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive projects.
