Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and development of scalable solutions within the Employee Workflows DemoHub Area. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development who are passionate about transforming employee experiences through automation, integration, and intelligent workflows on the ServiceNow platform.You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions that streamline HR, Legal, and Workplace services, while collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Architect and develop applications, modules, and integrations within the Employee Workflows suite on ServiceNow
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust, scalable solutions Implement and optimize workflows across HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Employee Center
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies
  • Leverage ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Jelly, HTML, and CSS to build dynamic and responsive interfaces
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
  • Contribute to platform governance, code reviews, and best practice adoption

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5–8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations, particularly in Employee Workflows Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities .
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and scripting languages
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods and third-party system connectivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders .
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
  • Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
  • Analytical and design skills
