About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to support a high-impact strategy implementation engagement within the Education & Training sector. This is a two-month opportunity based onsite in Riyadh, working alongside a strategic office team within a major national entity. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy Office in overseeing the execution of key strategic initiatives at the ecosystem level.
• Conduct deep dives on KPIs, initiatives, and performance metrics to track progress and provide insights.
• Develop and present high-quality presentations and strategic reports to C-level and senior government stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with national transformation priorities and relevant oversight entities (e.g., ADAA, SMO).
• Provide strategic recommendations and problem-solving support across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic project delivery.
• Proven track record in national transformation programs, preferably within education, training, or public sector.
• Strong experience working with Saudi Vision 2030, ADAA, and Strategic Management Offices (SMOs).
• Excellent skills in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and executive communication.
• Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in developing decks, insights, and dashboards for high-level audiences.
