Territory Manager – Neuromodulation (QLD – Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville)

Are you a results-driven medical device professional with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join a high-performing team specialising in neuromodulation solutions for chronic pain and movement disorders.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Achieving sales targets and growing market share across your territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across surgical and non-surgical settings
• Providing clinical support during procedures and post-operative care
• Delivering pre-procedure education and ongoing product training to customers
• Managing consignment stock and maintaining accurate customer records
• Collaborating with internal teams on product launches, market insights, and account planning
• Attending national meetings, industry conferences, and customer events

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in medical device sales, ideally with experience in theatre-based environments
• High levels of energy, drive, and a strong sales aptitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-first approach
• Clinical confidence to support procedures and engage directly with patients
• Strategic territory planning and strong time management abilities
• A tertiary qualification in business, science, or a related field
  
  

This role includes on-call responsibilities and may involve rural or interstate travel. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events is also required.
