We’re looking for a seasoned UX Designer to lead end-to-end experience design for our core mobile app. You'll turn user insights into actionable strategies, craft structured interaction flows and prototypes, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact experiences. Responsibilities:
- Own the full UX design process including user research, information architecture, interaction flow, and prototyping for our core consumer app.
- Drive experience strategy implementation and continuously improve key user metrics like satisfaction and NPS through testing and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with UI, product, business, and engineering teams to ensure that designs balance user needs with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design principles, component standards, and workflows that elevate the team’s overall design maturity and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in design, psychology, HCI, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with successful delivery of complex consumer-facing products.
- Solid skills in user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and data interpretation.
- End-to-end design expertise in IA, interaction design, and prototyping using tools like Figma and Axure.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.
- Experience making data-informed decisions using both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback.
- fintech or global experience is a plus.
