Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor, physically located in Serbia, to manage end-to-end logistics operations for our international product shipments. This role includes oversight of two warehouse locations (Serbia and Switzerland), inventory management, coordination with logistics providers, and ensuring the timely and cost-efficient delivery of our products globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations for product shipping
- Coordinate and supervise activity at both the Serbia and Switzerland warehouses
- Monitor inventory levels and dispatch schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure timely shipments and real-time tracking of deliveries
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and postal services
- Optimize international delivery processes, including cross-border strategies
- Apply knowledge of Mail Injection or similar postal logistics services (preferred)
- Support process documentation, improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or product shipping
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong team leadership and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive operations
- Prior experience with international postal shipping and cross-border logistics
- Must currently reside in Serbia
