About the Job:
We are seeking dependable and self-motivated Security Service Desk Agents to become part of the Service Desk team at our partner organization. This team is designed to provide round-the-clock coverage, operating 24/7. Following a successful onboarding process, you will be required to work in rotating shifts to guarantee ongoing service availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address 1st and 2nd level support inquiries, serving as the initial contact for customers via phone in both German and English.
- Oversee follow-up actions and ensure precise documentation of solutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Actively participate in the enhancement and development of support processes to uphold high service quality and optimize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1) and a solid command of English (B2) are essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the IT sector, particularly in a Service Desk or 2nd Level Support role within a Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Outlook, etc.), is required.
- Experience with common ticketing systems is necessary.
- Availability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including on-call responsibilities, is required.
