Service Management Support Officer, for international e-Government projects

Are you fluent in English with a passion for Internet/Web Technologies? Join us in Athens and become part of our team as a Service Management Support Officer. You'll play a vital role in providing support services for IT systems that drive the operations of major clients worldwide, with opportunities for growth and development.

What You'll Do:

  • Daily support, assistance, and guidance of the end-users;
  • Incident analysis, investigation, diagnosis, reporting, and resolution;
  • Update of system documentation (e.g. Functional System Specifications and User Manuals);
  • Participation in meetings, testing, training, and end-user support activities;
  • Reporting of test results and proper classification of possible incidents (i.e. software defects/new functionality), using the relevant tracking tools and procedures.

Requirements

  • University degree in an IT-related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet technologies;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Written and oral communication skills in French or Dutch will be considered an asset.
