• Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to optimize infrastructure and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable cloud applications.
• Conduct hardware testing to ensure compatibility and performance within cloud environments.
• Manage and maintain asset inventories ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement best practices for cloud architecture and deployment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud services and processes.
